The village has numerous bars and two clubs. It boasts five mini-markets, a jewelry shop, and even tiffany stained glass. There is also a small clinic where the doctor holds his surgery daily.

As this is a real family-run hotel, the owners George and Speros Mouzakitis have been receiving guests to their hotel since 1978. The Nafsika has a wonderful convivial atmosphere and prides itself on the traditional greek dishes it provides its guests. In fact, most evenings can become pretty lively when residents and locals join in the fun of Greek music and dancing.
