Not one for reviews but compelled to do so after the last reveiw ,or should that be the character asassination of Spiros ! Have been to San Stef the last 4 years under the warmest and best hospitality all provided by Spiros and his excellent staff and hotel.We take half-board as the meals are just great even with 2 fussy teenagers, Spiros goes out of his way to give them what they want and has them eating things we could't even get them to look at !! I know peoples opinions vary, but where they get this perception of Spiros is really beyond me.He is one the most friendliest people i have ever met . Nothing is too much trouble for him .If you have any problems talk to him and tell him and if he can he will sort it out. All he wants is for everyone to have a great time and enjoy their stay at the Nafsica wether 20yyrs or 1st time visitors !!
As for this nonsense with walk in guests , he has a couple of minutes to impress visitors with the very extensive menu, all cooked wonderfully by the brilliant Theodora and her team. To hopefully get them to see that it is a very freindly and good restaurant where they might even think of coming back to again its called business!!
This Hotel and resort really does what it "says on the tin" thats 4yrs in a row and we will be back next year,we are not boring or wearing rose-tinted glasses .We just enjoy the place as its so good even our teens enjoy it its so safe and clean also the friendly local people make it seem like your at home and very welcome.
The Hotel is in perfect position ,just yards from the golden beach get a room with a sea-view and you will not be dsappointed espicially at night when the sun sets.The Hotel and grounds are clean and tidy and the pool is brilliant lots of loungers no towels on at dawn!! I for one was not in the least intimadated by Spiros as he watered and tidied the garden, how many managers do that??The rest of the staff from Aris at breakfast, Christo in the bar,Vagelis (lovely jubbly) at night and Jo in the bar at night ,are all brilliant and very friendly,which all goes to make the stay there more enjoyable.As for Spiros a nice ,friendly guy who only really wants everyone who goes to his place to really have the best of times and enjoy themselves .thats why so many people go back year after year.
We will be back next year again as we know what we will get, a very relaxing stress-free two weeks in the sun and we will be amongst very good friends,
