What's your opinion?

What should the village where the Nafsika is be known as - Agios or San Stefanos - what's your view?

Agios Stefanos

Agios Stefanos was originally a fishing village for the nearby village of Avliotes. In the last thirty-five years its long sandy beach, never crowded even in the high season, has been recognized as a perfect spot for those wanting a relaxed holiday in the sun.

Just what it is that makes Agios Stefanos so special? Could it be the lovely beach? Maybe, but open any holiday brochure and you will see beaches equally long and sandy. Is it the gently sloping green hills that unfold onto the village? Possible, but Corfu is generally renowned for her beauty.

What is different about Agios Stefanos is the sheer warmth of the place. A warmth that is unforced, unpretentious, and highly infectious. There the visitors of our hotel can wonder in the fishing village of Agios Stefanos with its picturesque small restaurants (tavernas), as well as have a fun time in the bars and cafes off the strip or just walk around the endless walks around the village.
